WINTER GIN COCKTAILS

Rosemary and blackberry martini

INGREDIENTS

2 Ounces gin

2 Tsp dry vermouth

1 Rosemary sprig

Blackberries

METHOD

Shake 2 ounces gin and 2 teaspoons dry vermouth with crushed ice, strain into a stemmed classic martini glass. Strip the leaves from the bottom 2 inches of your rosemary sprig, skewer through a fresh blackberry and add to the drink.

Negroni

INGREDIENTS

1 Ounce gin

1 Ounce Campari

1 Ounce sweet vermouth

Orange twist for garnish

METHOD

Pour all the ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass or tumbler. Garnish with a twist of orange.

Gin toddy

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ Ounces gin

1 – 2 Tbsp orange juice

¼ Cup hot water

1 Tbsp sugar or honey

1 Cinnamon stick and orange slice to garnish

METHOD

Pour gin, honey, and orange juice in a large mug. Top off with hot water (just like making tea) and stir until honey is dissolved.
