Add a splash of milk if it’s too thick to blend, but keep it thick and creamy to have a similar consistency to ice-cream. Sprinkle with chopped nuts or fresh berries, and serve in classic glass ice cream bowls.

If you want an even healthier dessert, blend 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 2 tablespoons of cacao powder, 1 tablespoon of honey, half a teaspoon of vanilla extract and half a cup of almond milk. Scoop in to pretty bowls and leave to set in the fridge for a couple of hours. Serve dusted with cocoa or covered in coconut flakes.
